The Crossbar System provides a highly visible and rigid warning gateway that is capable of spanning up to 26ft!

 

Each kit is supplied with 2 x Twist-Lock Steel Base Units, 2 x Vertical Telescopic Poles, 2 x Silicone Elbows, 8 Reflective Crossbar Flags,  a 26ft Fixed Crossbar Attachment, and a length of 82ft Safety Flagging for further enhancement.

 

The maximum height of this system is 23ft. 

 

The Crossbar itself comes in 4 x 6.5ft sections and can be installed in sections with our push-fit locking system until the desired width is achieved.

 

Our systems can be set up on either side of an overhead powerline to clearly highlight the hazard and clearly identify the minimum approach distance.

 

Alternatively, the gateways can also be used to create highly-visible safe routes throughout work sites where machinery and vehicles must be able to continuously operate, moving in and around the site safely. This provides clear separation between the vehicular routes and pedestrian routes, minimizing the risk of "site-traffic" related injuries and accidents.

 

The gateways can also be used to protect overhead structures, bridges, site entrances, and site exits by providing operators with a clear height restriction to prevent them from trying to access areas of the site which could lead to damage due to clearance.

 

With our brand new high visibilty warning sign you can further enhance your system and write you own heigh restriction limit in to advise operators on site of the access restrictions. Once finished you can simply wipe the sign clean and re-write any updates neccessary.
